Joe received a Bachelor of Science in Construction Engineering Technology from Mississippi State University. Joe has over 20 years of experience in the construction industry, which ranges from architectural review to construction management.
Joe is involved in all facets of each construction project from client relations, design, cost estimating, construction administration and most importantly incorporating your requirements into the overall project. Barlow Construction realizes the importance of customer service, while Joe makes sure the owner's best interest is always in mind.

Ronnie Schmitz, Vice President
Ronnie graduated from the University of Missouri - Kansas City with a Bachelor of Arts in Communications. Ronnie heads up the pre-engineered metal building division of the business. He brings over 10 years of construction experience where he has worked for or with Butler Manufacturing Company since graduating college.
Ronnie's role begins with your ideas and continues through the completion of your project. He is involved in client relations, bidding, estimating, scheduling, purchasing, and contract management.

Kacee Blackstock, Administrative Assistant
Kacee brings to your team over six years of service in the project administration field. She will be the voice you hear, but may not meet. Kacee shares the company philosophy that you are the most important part of our business.
Kacee will be responsible for preparing all sub-contract documents, purchase orders and invoices.

Murry Green, General Superintendent
Murry offers you more than 40 years of construction experience. He values every concern and respects your interest in the construction project.
Murry's role will be to coordinate the many diverse aspects of your project. His personal oversight of job activity affords you the assurance of a job built to your specifications. His knowledge of the overall job schedule, developed with you, will be maintained or exceeded with each opportunity. Every project employee, material supplier, and subcontractor answers directly to Murry. This minimizes confusion, and gives you a single source for project status.
Stan Green, Superintendent
Stan offers you more than 22 years of construction experience, specializing in all phases of rough carpentry work.
With Stan on your project, he will supervise all field activity as well as all coordination with the Architect and the other trades. He will also oversee all labor, material and equipment mobilization to the site. His group of rough carpenters will be responsible for all framing, concrete forming, drywall construction and acoustical ceiling installation.
